There are times when a one-off project threatens to take too many resources from a company, leaving it struggling to maintain its services for its regular clientelle. Using an external project manager can allow a company to keep its staff working on the bread and butter work and keeping regular customers happy while still moving into new waters. We have worked with companies that needed to move from Quark to InDesign and others that had to overhaul their font bank.
